A Seated Exercise To Music Class

Perfect for those who cannot stand for the duration of a 60-minute class and would like the option to sit or stand.

An exercise class designed to help improve balance, coordination strength, mobility, circulation, memory/brain function and confidence.

With playlist that will reignite memories and engaging exercises that will boost your fitness and brain you will leave with a smile and a feeling of positivity and well being.

As with all my classes you're also welcome to stay for a chat, tea or coffee with the other friendly and supportive class members

Tuesday  10.30am to 11.30am at Chippenham Sports Club, Bristol Road, SN15 1NH

Coming to the class has given me a good sense of wellbeing and generally being motivated in a physical way. I enjoy the company and the music. The variety of exercises is good for all of my body, posture and balance and also my mobility. Sit Fit also gives me something to look forward to and after participating I feel more energised and ready for the rest of my week. Overall its good fun!
