A T-shirt, leggings or joggling bottoms and trainers.
I usually have space for Zumba Gold, Seniors Strong and Sit fit as we have a lovely big hall. My Monday evening Pilates runs as a block and all the classes are currently full, however do contact me as spaces do become available.
New clients are always welcome to try a class for free but please contact me in advance to book this. You will need to complete an on-line registration form before participating in a class.
Yes! Everyone who attends my classes must complete a Health Questionnaire before they start. You can download a form here or arrive 10 minutes early to complete one before your first class.
