A T-shirt, leggings or joggling bottoms and trainers.
Please bring a bottle of water.
I would always advise you to have your own mat for hygiene reasons (you can always practise at home then too!) However, if you are trying the class for the first time and don’t have a mat please let me know and I will bring a spare for you.
You may also want to bring a small towel to use as support for some of the exercises.
It is also worth investing in some Pilates/Yoga socks - these have grip on the bottom and are ideal for Pilates.
I usually have space for FitSteps or Zumba Gold as we have a lovely big hall. My Monday evening Pilates runs as a block and all the classes are full, with a waiting list. Please give me a call/email about booking for my Tuesday morning class, as I need to speak to you about any health/joint problems you may have first.
Yes! Everyone who attends my classes must complete a Health Questionnaire before they start. You can download a form here or arrive 10 minutes early to complete one before your first class.
