Improve Balance, Coordination, Memory, Heart Health, Strength, Bone Density and Mobility in this Fitness Class Designed for Older Adults

Seniors Strong focuses on all the key elements you need to improve as you age. The class starts with a gentle warm up to raise your heart rate and get you ready to exersice. Next we work on your strength, coordination and bone health in a series of interval style exercise. Now we work on your brain, memory, balance and coordination with a series of fun exercises and games guaranteed to make you laugh as well. Finally we end with a stretch and cool down to improve your flexibility.

As with all my classes you're also welcome to stay for a chat, tea or coffee with the other friendly and supportive class members
