Sheila is the most wonderful instructor. She is kind, patient and always makes sure everyone is comfortable going at their own pace and getting the most out of her classes.
I cannot recommend Sheila highly enough!
Great way to keep active, fun class with lovely people. I've made some good friends over the last 3 years, and Sheila is a great teacher.
